Peak Sports Performance Centre is home to New Zealands only commercially available altitude simulation chamber - now it's available to you!

Through use of cutting-edge technology, we can safely simulate up to 5000m of altitude in our training room. After just a few weeks your training will improve as your body adapts to the environment, you'll be able to perform at higher intensity, higher output and for longer.

Why train in simulated altitude?

Research shows that 3x30 min sessions per week at 3000-3500m simulated altitude produces significantly improved training outcomes over sea level training for:

  • Muscle Hypertrophy

  • Altitude Acclimatisation

  • Weight / Body fat management
